These terms apply whenever you browse or order from zeila.co.ke. By placing an order with Zeila Co., you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Zeila Co. is a footwear retailer based at Amal Shopping Centre, Shop No. S102, Eastleigh, Nairobi.

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your cart and tapping "Pay with M-Pesa" sends a payment request (M-Pesa STK push) to the phone number you enter. Your order is placed once the payment is received. We'll contact you on that number to confirm availability and arrange delivery, and will refund you if an item turns out to be unavailable.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice. Any coupon codes are subject to the validity conditions shown at checkout and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

4. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us once your order is confirmed. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes and fees are confirmed with you individually based on your location. We aim to deliver promptly but are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

6. Product accuracy

We try to keep product photos, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and an item may sell out before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we'll let you know and offer an alternative or a refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Zeila Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delays in delivery.
